Volunteers play a very important part in making this organization a success. Volunteers allow us to
drastically increase our organizations efficiency, capabilities and output. We are always
looking for Community Minded Volunteers that are active in and know their communities.
Should a large-scale disaster strike a community where we have volunteers they can assist our disaster
response team with local contacts and other important information needed to better serve their community.
For
this reason we are seeking community minded volunteers in communities
across the entire country who are willing to help should a disaster strike their community.

What do our volunteers do?
Our volunteers help with almost every aspect of this organization. Volunteers help our office staff mainly from
home, communicating with us via the Internet and phone. They help with many ongoing tasks, which can range from
fund raising events, getting information out, and even with public relations and training events in their area.
Those wishing to use their professional skills to advance the organization are also encouraged to volunteer.
We are also seeking volunteers with basic to professional electronic and communications skills. From time to rime
they can assist our technical field team staff to carry out this organizations mission of communications support
within a disaster area. Assisting with the installation, maintenance of NACEC\s communications systems. They may
also be asked to help with user training, showing someone how to use a specific piece of 2-way radio equipment.
